The Tega and Tula Specialty Coffee Farm is a certified organic farm in the Kaffa province of Ethiopia, considered to be the birthplace of Arabica coffee. This particular coffee comes from a plot on the farm called Dosha, or "mother tree," as it is home to the oldest tree on the landĀ and the first place Arabica coffee was discovered in Kaffa.
All that rich coffee history, along with careful and responsible farming, results in a wonderfully juicy, sweet-tart flavor profile. At Gray Squirrel, we roast these organic beans to bring out the floral and citrus notes in the coffee.
