Wow, is this one fruit-forward coffee! We last offered this superbly clean natural process Honduran back in 2020, and we are super excited to have it again because this year's harvest is just as stellar. Once again, it is a total fruit bomb, with big jammy notes, brown sugar sweetness, and lovely wine-like acidity. Cheers!
About the farm: Joel Banegas Sr. of the excellent coffee farm Finca Mira Flores took a chance on his son Joel, gifting him a plot of land to start growing his own coffee. Young Joel, who takes responsibility for maintaining the land and managing the workers, partnered up with Delmer, a friend with expertise in agricultural engineering. Together, the two young entrepreneurs have made Finca el Conejo one of the few experimental coffee farms in the Comayagua region of Honduras.
