Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Almond, Dried Fruit
Origin: Alto Paranaíba, Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Fazenda Mayara Natural stands out as a really great representation of what we like about Brazilian coffee: It has lovely milk chocolate and nutty notes along with dried fruit sweetness. It's also easy to drink and delightful with a touch of cream (or alternative milk). We only bought a tiny amount, so give this friendly coffee a try while you have the chance... It won't be around long!
Cerrado Mineiro is one of Brazil's newest coffee regions, which is leading the charge in modern and sustainable agriculture. Here, on a farm named for his daughter Mayara, producer Ramza Daher dedicates more than 20% of his land to preserving local flora and wildlife. The rest is for growing coffee with the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Note: We roast on Mondays and ship the following day. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.
