For every bag of Costa Rica San Diego sold, we’re donating one dollar to SAVE: Suicide Awareness Voices of Education, whose mission is to prevent suicide through public awareness and education, reduce stigma, and serve as a resource to people affected by suicide.

The San Diego Mill was established way back in 1888 and has been innovating ever since to increase efficiency, quality, sustainability, and good community relations. While many great coffees come from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica (which grows a quarter of the country's coffee!), this micro-lot really stood out to us. Grown by smallholder farmers, the coffee was delivered to the mill for sorting and natural processing—with the whole ripe red cherries intact—resulting in a truly delicious sip with notes of ripe strawberry, grape juice, and lavender.
