This particular blend comes from her Aida Batlle Selection (ABS) program, which finds the most exceptional single-lot coffees in El Salvador and helps them reach the global market. \u003ca Coffee from Finca Sierra Nevada contributes smooth body and hints of currant.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWashed coffee, also from Finca Sierra Nevada, gives balanced acidity.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCascara processed coffee (fermented along with a tea made from the skins of coffee cherries) adds complexity and a touch of
