Origin: Kochere, Gedeo Zone, Southern Nations Nationalities and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR), Ethiopia
Coffees from this area of Ethiopia are consistently some of the best in the world. Grown at high altitude and hand-sorted to select the densest cherries, the local coffee varieties are known to stand out for their gorgeous fruit-forward sweetness.
Our Ethiopia Biloya Natural certainly lives up to that reputation. It practically jumps off the table with red fruit and blueberry flavors and a sparkling apricot note. Lovely!
