Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Toasted Nut, Sweet
Origin: Chiapas, Oaxaca & Veracruz, Mexico
Not going to lie: We bought this coffee to use in blends, but every time we cupped it, it struck us as a really solid cup all on its own. This is a clean, sweet, just darn tasty blend of coffees from across Mexico's best growing regions. It features beans from the southern state of Chiapas, bordering Guatemala, which in addition to being the home of some spectacular Mayan ruins, boasts high forests that are ideal for growing coffee. Mexico Blend offers a very clean sip with notes of chocolate, toasted nut, and pleasing sweetness. We'll be over here pairing ours with some housemade chocolate peanut butter cups. ¡Buen provecho!
