We're excited to bring back this customer favorite, which has everything we love about a classic Sumatran cup but stands out with a cleaner, sweeter flavor profile. Harimau, pronounced “ha-ree-mao,” means tiger in Indonesian, but don't worry about an attack on your taste buds. This approachable sip delights with its rich earthiness and notes of smoky-sweet pipe tobacco.
In order to ensure freshness and quality, we do not pre-grind our coffee. We recommend grinding right before brewing.
Note: We roast on Mondays and ship or have beans ready for pickup on Wednesday. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.
