All beans are roasted on Monday and are shipped out or ready for pickup on Tuesday. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.

We roast all our coffees in small batches and sometimes run out at the last minute. If this happens with beans that you've ordered, we will replace with a coffee of equal or greater value and similar—always delicious—flavor profile.

In order to ensure freshness and quality we do not pre-grind our coffee. We recommend grinding right before brewing.
