We set out to create a great half-caff coffee, but what we ended up with here is a really great coffee, period. Made by blending our House Decaf Colombian with African beans, Starlite is a cup with half the caffeine but all the flavor. It is eminently drinkable, with silky smooth mouthfeel and notes of caramel and walnut that shine on their own or with milk.
In order to ensure freshness and quality, we do not pre-grind our coffee. We recommend grinding right before brewing.
Note: We roast on Mondays and ship or have beans ready for pickup the following day. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.
