We are excited to offer our Peru Norte Cajamarca, an organically grown coffee from various small producers in Peru, as an example of the very excellent microlot-quality coffees coming from the region. This smooth cup has a sweet smokiness that shines with a delightful chocolaty finish.
In order to ensure freshness and quality, we do not pre-grind our coffee. We recommend grinding right before brewing.
Note: We roast on Mondays and ship or have beans ready for pickup the following day. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.
