This gem of a coffee comes from rock star producer Aida Batlle, whom we have been fortunate to know and work with for many years. Aida is a fifth-generation coffee farmer who lovingly manages her family's three farms (Fincas Los Alpes, Kilimanjaro, and Mauritania) in El Salvador’s Santa Ana region. She has become known for her visionary fruit-centric approach to coffee production, earning herself and her coffees plenty of awards and a devoted following.

This special coffee comes from Aida's treasured Finca Kilimanjaro. It is a super-clean washed coffee that delights with flavors of almond, date, sweet caramel, and cocoa before a smooth, lingering finish. It's an exciting cup that is not to be missed!
