Some of you may remember this exceptional coffee from previous years... It never lasts long! Luckily we've snagged a few bags through our partners at De La Finca, so here's another chance to enjoy this gem. This delicious natural process coffee was grown by friends and fifth generation coffee farmers Joel and Delmer, two young entrepreneurs who have made Finca el Conejo one of the few experimental coffee farms in the Comayagua region of Honduras. Expect a cup with smooth body, silky chocolate notes, and a red fruit finish.
In order to ensure freshness and quality, we do not pre-grind our coffee. We recommend grinding right before brewing.
Note: We roast on Mondays and ship or have beans ready for pickup the following day. Order before midnight on Sunday to have your beans included in the next day's roast.
